Beechwood Primary School ::: Always doing something good

Pendine Diary

Day 4 - Thursday 5th November

Today we spent the day in Tenby where we visited the lifeboat station, museum, aquarium and reptile house. Everyone had a go at holding a snake.

In the evening we went down to Pendine beach for a fireworks display!

Day 3 - Wednesday 4th November

We enjoyed an excellent day in the woods, doing orienteering and wading through the extreme stream. It was very wet but everyone loved it.

We also had a disco in the evening.

Day 2 - Tuesday 3rd November

The weather was much better today. A few downpours but plenty of sun too.

Everyone enjoyed some climbing and abseiling today. Mr James and Mrs Gillard's groups went down to the beach for some rockpooling where we found plenty of crabs.

Mrs Stride's group climbed the high ropes and went down the zip wire - even Mrs Stride had 2 goes!

We're off into the woods tomorrow - where we'll be wading through a stream.

Day 1 - Monday 2nd November

Arrived on time at 1pm. Everyone's settled in well.

Weather is cold and wet but it's not stopping us! Rockpooling, high ropes and zip wire in afternoon, with climbing and tile painting in the evening.
